This course aims to empower women to optimise their health, performance and enjoyment in outdoors environments. Whether you're a woman, or support or work with women outdoors, this course is for you.

It's a self-directed online course made up of pre-recorded videos you can fit around your schedule. It includes:
10 video lectures (total 3 hours)
Certificate of completion
CPD Credits:
Association of Mountaineering Instructors
British Association of International Mountain Leaders (BAIML)
0.5 Peripheral CPD point awarded. A certificate of completion can be attached to the CPD record entry on the Mountain Training Candidate Management System (CMS).

Women's health is often underrepresented, ignored and sometimes considered taboo - I'm aiming to break the silence and spread knowledge to empower women with confidence.
This course offers evidence based information and practical advice about many areas of women's health that are vital for performance and enjoyment on mountain adventures.
