Your instructor, Hannah

Drawing on my experience as a mountaineer, an emergency medicine doctor and as a high altitude expedition doctor, I’ve put together this course to share knowledge and increase awareness of cold injury and illness with prevention as the primary goal.

My aim is to make mountain medicine information accessible to a wider audience (not just for other medics!) so that more people can safely and confidently enjoy adventures in cold environments.
